Payment of the registration fees must be paid in USD (United States Dollars). 

• Payment by check: We can only accept checks drawn on US banks, US dollar money orders, and travelers checks from banks that have a US affiliate.  Your bank’s US affiliate address will be listed on the check in addition to your bank’s address.
• Payment by credit cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Please note that we can no longer accept payment via Western Union.

We prefer to receive registrations on-line. If this is not possible, you may also register via regular mail or fax.

Late registration must be received no later than September 28, 2009. Registrations will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We recommend registering early, as the conference can sell out in advance.

If you register after September 15, your name unfortunately will not be able to be included on the Participant List.

If you choose to submit by mail or fax, please fill out the form completely and accurately and submit it along with your payment.

To SEND A WIRE TRANFER, register on-line or download a copy of the registration form and indicate "wire transfer payment." Please return the form via email, fax or postal mail to the Conference Manager (conference [@] makingcents.com) and note that you are paying by wire transfer.  We will send you instructions on how to send a wire transfer. Please note: You are responsible for paying the wire transfer fee your bank charges.
